Fire happened: An electrical short-circuit incident occurred at a location in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province.

According to preliminary information, a short-circuit incident occurred earlier at the entrance of KTV ABC in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, at around 12:30 a.m. on October 9, 2025.
